We’re led by Cat Lewis, the magic maker and OG Unicorn responsible for creating the engagement strategy that accelerated the growth and creation of Europe’s first-ever HR Tech Unicorn, valued at £1.15 billion and supporting several CEOs through successful PE exits.
We eat strategy for breakfast and work well as a team because we’re all equally obsessive over detail in delivery and design and positively impacting others.
About Cat Lewis
Founder and Lead Consultant. Cat spent over a decade working with a mixed bag of CEOs and CPO’s at different stages of their growth journeys and loves it. She bridges the gap between leaders and people, breeding a positive and productive environment. With a particular love for transformation, if your culture is toast, understanding the inner workings of your business and crafting strategies that engage people and drive profit is totally her jam.
She instinctively gets both the business context and the employee's voice and has a real skill in bringing both together in authentic and powerful messaging.
Described as a catalyst for positive change for people at work, her work is structured yet fluid; grounded in business demands, yet creative and fun; fast-paced yet comprehensive and thought through.
Internal communications require a combination of HR skills, marketing expertise, and social psychology, and she naturally combines them all to create internal communications that break through the clutter and engage and connect a workforce.
