Six years ago, Catrin was asked to help inform, educate, and engage Reward Gateway’s employees about their biggest story to date. Reward Gateway sold for the third time to a Private Equity investor. As shareholders in their Employee Share Program, they wanted to ensure employees felt fully informed and connected to the process. 

It was a massive campaign and the first time Reward Gateway had appointed anyone solely responsible for engaging their own employees.  

Simply’s Director of Content and Communications, Patrick Hulbert, and Content and Community Manager, Aish Rajavelu, recently interviewed Catrin. She spoke about her journey into IC, her work at Reward Gateway and Tenzing, and her tips for those looking for a career in internal communications.
